Hello, How We Can Help ?
We have 2 batches currently, as below:
Morning Batch – 8:45 AM to 11:30 AM
Afternoon Batch – 11:30 AM to 2:15 PM
Our admin office is functional from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00
AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday.
Playgroup – 2 years to be completed by 31 st December 2023.
Nursery – 3 years to be completed by 31 st December 2023.
Prep 1 – 4 years to be completed by 31 st December 2023.
Prep 2 – 5 years to be completed by 31 st December 2023.
We have a registered transporter, who functions independently. The school would
provide the transporter’s contact details for the parents to co-ordinate directly. Note that
all school vans/buses have a lady attendant on board.
The school would be closed based on a pre-scheduled list of Public Holidays and Annual
Holiday Breaks. We would also remain closed in case there are government advisories
for schools and colleges to remain closed. In case of inclement weather, while the child is
at the school, the school would provide a sufficient notice and request the parents to pick
up their child.
For each classroom, we maintain a ratio of 1 teacher for every 10 students
We ensure that each of our spacious classrooms are never beyond capacity, and that a
healthy student-teacher ratio is always maintained.
Most teachers have been working at the school since its inception. The average work
experience of all our teachers put together is about 6 years per teacher.
We accept Online Bank transfers through a payment link given by us. Cheques are also
accepted.
Apart from the seat blocking fees, the balance annual fees are payable twice during the
academic year, first term fees payable in June and second term fess payable in
November.
Apart from academic and tuition fees, the fees include a school bag, an apron, 1 set of
school uniform, 1 set of sports uniform, ID card, books and worksheets.
Parents are strongly advised to not send sick children to the school. This is mandatory,
so as to not let the other kids get affected by the illness of the sick child. We also
mandate that the child doesn’t attend school until he/she is fit for atleast 24 hours.
Incase of an injury, the kid is administered first-aid. Parents are intimated immediately if
their kids fall ill while at the school, and are encouraged to pick-up their child as soon as
possible. Incase the child needs professional medical attention, we take him/her to a
Paediatrician at Hiranandani Hospital (0.5 kms away from the school) after the parents
grant us permission to do so. Staff is also CPR trained.
Regular updates are provided through WhatsApp and email
Parents would need to send a picture of the designated person through WhatsApp, also
mentioning clearly the identity of the person, and that he/she is allowed to pick-up the
child for that particular day. The designated person also needs to carry the child’s pick up
authorisation card while picking up the child. As an added precaution, we also call the
parent when the child is being picked up by the designated person.
Access to the premises is strictly restricted for outsiders. The senior staff and
management have access to CCTV cameras installed in the premises to monitor
unwarranted movement.
Meals are not provided by the school. However, we suggest a snack menu for every
month that offers variety and ensures all round nutrition for your child.
