Hello, How We Can Help ?
The daycare is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Kids between the age of 6 months and 18 months are placed in our infant care. Kids aged between
19 months to 4 years are placed in junior toddler groups. Kids between 4 to 7 years are classified
in senior toddlers / after-schoolers.
Yes, we provide a balanced lunch, afternoon milk and evening snacks with fruits to all the kids.
The lunch is outsourced from a reputed caterer and regulated for hygiene and nutrition. Evening
snacks are cooked in-house.
A neatly labelled set of diapers, two sets of clothing, soft tissues, wet wipes, moisturiser, bedsheet, comforter/quilt, one bag for soiled clothes, diaper creams and powder if applicable and 2
soft napkins.
For infants, the ratio is 1 caregiver per 2 kids. For toddlers, the ratio stands at 1 caregiver for 5
kids.
Most teachers have been working at the daycare center since its inception. The average child
handling experience of all our teachers combined is about 5 years.
The center would be closed based on a pre-scheduled list of Public Holidays. We would also
remain closed incase there are government advisories for schools and colleges to remain closed. In
case of inclement weather, while the child is at the center, the center would provide a sufficient
notice and request the parents to pick up their child.
Upon being intimated that the parent/guardian would be late to pick up their child, the daycare
staff would wait till such time that someone comes to pick up the child. We however advocate
parents/guardians to be on time to pick up their child.
For the daily prayers and activities such as rhymes and song recitation, all kids are combined as a
common group. We later split them for all other theme based activities based on their age groups.
Activities are usually theme based and value based.
Social skills, Behavioural Skills, Fine and Gross Motor Development, Developing independent
eating habits and following the routine, etc. are some of the important skills that the kids learn at
our daycare center.
Parents are encouraged to start potty training their kids at home. The daycare reinforces these
habits.
The rooms and toys are cleaned and disinfected every day. Besides this, we have a deep cleaning
every Saturday.
Parents are strongly advised to not send sick children to the daycare center. This is mandatory, so
as to not let the other kids get affected by the illness of the sick child. We also mandate that the
child doesn’t attend the daycare until he/she is fit for atleast 24 hours.
Incase of an injury, the kid is administered first-aid. Parents are intimated immediately if their kids
fall ill while at the center, and are encouraged to pick-up their child as soon as possible. Incase the
child needs professional medical attention, we take him/her to a Paediatrician at Hiranandani
Hospital (0.5 km away from the center) after the parents grant us permission to do so. Staff is also
CPR trained.
Parents are sent a daily summary/activity planner of all activities through WhatsApp or email.
Other than this, parents are welcome to send WhatsApp texts or call the daycare center for any
query/requests that they may have. Photographs are sent daily.
Parents would need to send a picture of the designated person through WhatsApp, also mentioning
clearly the identity of the person, and that he/she is allowed to pick-up the child for that particular
day. The designated person also needs to carry a Government issued ID proof and child’s pick up
authorisation card while picking up the child. As an added precaution, we also call the parent
when the child is being picked up by the designated person.
We have very strict SOPs in place for pick-ups. Also, the daycare center is monitored 24 x 7 with
multiple CCTV cameras. All parents have smartphone access to all our CCTV cameras through a
dedicated app.
We accept Online Bank transfers through a payment link given by us. Cheques are also accepted.
Payments need to be made Bi-monthly
